Brainstorming is a Cognitive Process that is also known as Extraverted Intuition, or Ne. Brainstorming involves visualzing potential and possibilities, ideating over potential new inventions, situations, or outcomes; developing ideas and theories, connecting ideas, and being optimistic, fun, or exploratory.
While every personality type has access to brainstorming, ENFP and ENTP personality types have a particular preference for brainstorming, as it is their dominant process, also known as the dominant function.
